Participants will learn to interpret information using key guidelines to distinguish between facts and opinions. They will explore how photo manipulation and deepfake technology can distort reality, emphasising the importance of questioning what they see online.
Additionally, the workshop will address the impact of social media comparisons on mental health, fostering discussions about self-worth and media literacy. Designed for children and adults, this session empowers families to make informed and thoughtful decisions in the digital age.
