Cadettes STEM Career Exploration Badge

In our STEM Career Exploration Badge program, Cadettes will discover the meaning of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) and explore why having more girls’ voices and perspectives in these fields is vital. Together, we’ll reflect on how we already make a positive impact and brainstorm how to use those strengths to create meaningful and exciting careers in STEM.

Cadettes will also hear about their teacher’s career journey—why she chose her path, how she achieved her goals, what her day-to-day work involves, and her aspirations for the future.

Through engaging discussions, they’ll identify the essential skills needed to thrive in any career, building confidence and helping them envision their unique place in the ever-growing world of STEM.
