Brownies STEM Career Exploration Badge

In this class, Brownies will create a personal collage showcasing the activities they love and bring them joy. Through group sharing, they’ll reflect on how these activities make them feel and why they are meaningful. Together, the group will identify the activities that bring them the most happiness and brainstorm creative ways to use their passions to impact the world positively.

In addition, Brownies will learn about their teacher’s career journey, including why she chose her path, how she achieved her goals, what her day-to-day work looks like, and her future aspirations. The class comes to life through engaging storytelling and interactive discussions, making it both educational and inspiring.

Through a hands-on activity and exploring the journey of a STEM professional, Brownies will gain a deeper understanding of how their passions can shape their future. By reflecting on their unique talents and interests and learning about the day-to-day life, challenges, and successes of someone in STEM, they are inspired to envision the endless possibilities ahead. The class concludes with the empowering message that pursuing what they love can break barriers, create change, and improve the world.
